Owner Andrew Rossell is a graduate of Western Michigan University has over fifteen years of civil engineering experience in a wide range of tribal, federal, municipal, commercial, residential and industrial development projects. He is particularly knowledgeable of storm water, zoning, and permitting guidelines throughout Michigan, Indiana and Ohio. Andrew is actively involved with the Southwest Michigan Branch of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) as a director, and past president. Andrew is married and has two cute little girls.

Senior Civil Engineer | Kalamazoo Team Leader
Jason Raleigh, P.E., has recently joined the AR Engineering team. He is a civil engineering graduate of Western Michigan University. Jason brings with him over 9 years of engineering experience, focusing mainly on commercial and residential projects. Jason has also successfully completed many municipal road and utility projects, following them throughout the design and permitting phases and overseeing construction to ensure compliance with municipal and state requirements. His portfolio consists of small commercial and industrial projects to large complex subdivision developments and medical campuses. Jason is married and has two young daughters and a dog. Jason enjoys spending time outdoors with his family.
Spencer is a graduate of Western Michigan University, graduating magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Spencer joined AR Engineering as an intern in 2015 and was hired full-time in January of 2016 and is a remarkable addition to the team as an EIT. He is currently working on many different projects throughout Michigan and Indiana. During Spencer’s tenure at WMU, he was actively involved with the WMU Chapter of the ASCE and was recently elected as Secretary of Southwest Michigan Professional Chapter of the ASCE. Spencer was recently married and both he and his wife, Shannon, are active in their church.
Whitney graduated from Western Michigan University with a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and began working at AR Engineering in 2016 serving as an EIT. During her time as a student, Whitney had gained other experiences while working as an intern for the City of Portage and Michigan Department of Transportation, and was actively involved in the ASCE student chapter and the concrete canoe team at WMU. Whitney is also a graduate from Kirtland Community College in Roscommon, Michigan. Whitney and her fiancé, Brendan, are both from West Branch, Michigan and they currently reside in their first Kalamazoo home with their two cats, River and Nero.
