wmu capstone presentations
AR Engineering is proud to have sponsored the WMU Civil Engineering Capstone Project for the Fall 2025 semester! This year’s project focused on the design of a multi-family residential development in Mishawaka, Indiana—giving students the opportunity to tackle real-world challenges and sharpen their technical and problem-solving skills. We extend our congratulations to Miguel A. Angel Ruiz Batlle, Coraima Tejeda Mirambeaux, and Anees Basel Aqel for their outstanding work on this project. Well done!
annual ugly sweater and Wii tournament
Our annual Christmas Eve Ugly Sweater and Wii Tournament was a success, filled with the usual sea of tacky knits and ugly sweaters! The competition shifted from fashion to virtual for our highly anticipated Wii Bowling tournament. After a series of intense frames, Stephanie claimed the top spot on the podium as our 2025 champion. Of course, a few "disgruntled" competitors have pointed out that since Stephanie was the one who brought the Wii from home, the hardware might have been slightly biased in her favor—but we’ll let her enjoy the victory for now! Thank you to everyone for making our final team gathering of the year so memorable.
annual christmas party
Our 2025 Christmas party was a triple threat of holiday fun, kicking off with a delicious group dinner, followed by a White Elephant gift exchange, where everything from an iconic giant mousepad with a certain someone’s “mug” on it to a light up cat desk lamp, with a few stolen around the room. We then took to the lanes for some high-stakes duckpin bowling, enjoying the challenge of those notoriously tricky smaller pins. To cap off a fantastic night, a dedicated few kept the celebration going by grabbing some late-night pizza—because as we all know, there’s no problem a late-night slice can't solve. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made this such a memorable end to the year!
