AR Engineering works with municipalities throughout Michigan and Indiana to design public and private watermain and sanitary sewer expansions and connections. When public utilities are not available, the team at AR Engineering will determine the proper location for a well or septic field and design a solution utilizing tanks, fields, pumps and lift stations, as necessary.

AR Engineering has extensive experience working with municipalities to determine current traffic needs and how to effectively adjust infrastructure. The team at AR Engineering works regularly on utility relocation, lane widening, bypass lanes, and alternative transportation. Our firm also has considerable experience in non-motorized trails.

AR Engineering works closely with municipalities, state and federal agencies to obtain information and the appropriate permits. We have extensive experience with variances, zoning changes, special exception uses, land divisions, plats, residential developments, soil erosion and sediment control, and site plan approval.

The team at AR Engineering provides construction administration services including RFIs, estimating projects, verifying specifications, and providing field inspections. We are dedicated to ensuring the developer and contractor have the necessary information to successfully complete the project and are there when issues arise.

Site planning and engineering are important initially, but design specifications must be followed closely by on-site contractors. AR Engineering provides necessary construction inspection, testing certification, contract administration, scheduling, as-built certification and cost estimating.
