Math Counts
AR Engineering, as part of their affiliation with Michigan Society of Professional Engineers, participated as a judge for the Mathcounts competition hosted at the student center of Western Michigan University. Mathcounts is a middle school mathematics competition that gives students the opportunity to compete in a live contest against their peers and challenges them in all things math. Winners move on for an opportunity to compete at the state and national level. These 6th-8th graders have some serious skills and would put many to shame with their mental math talent. We are honored to have an opportunity to pour into the future generation of mathematicians, scientists, and of course, engineers! Math rules!
2026 Annual Goals Review
On February 25, 2026 the AR Team spent the afternoon coming together to discuss the company’s goals for 2026. We revisited our Mission and Values, explored how we aim to grow as an organization, and outlined key events we plan to carry out throughout the year. Afterwards, the team celebrated with a soda bar demonstration, where everyone had the chance to craft their own customized drinks, even creating a few signature favorites. The team also enjoyed a Bob Ross-style painting experience. Altogether, the afternoon offered something new for everyone and allowed hidden talents, both artistic and mixology-related, to emerge.
